placing filters over images

 i took a image of the internet in this case i used assassin's creed 3 battle picture and put a filter over it and this is the before and after.

then i took it a more advanced step by blending two of the ads act same image with the filter on to change how it looks all together and there are a lot of things you can do like moving it a little can make it look distorted.

 

And i have made a hole lot more and i am improving but it takes time to pick the right filters and blends but i am getting quicker.
